Razorpay-ready WooCommerce checkout for Restaurant 2050 orders.
Restaurant 2050 uses WooCommerce products for product-based SaaS order entry and the Razorpay gateway for payment authorization/capture once live API keys are configured.
Webhook setup
Copy the webhook URL shown on the Razorpay gateway settings screen into the Razorpay dashboard. Use HTTPS and a strong webhook secret.
Events
For WooCommerce gateway reliability, subscribe to payment.authorized and payment.failed. Enable capture behavior only after test orders are verified end to end.
Order policy
Do not provision production SaaS access from a visual checkout redirect alone. Confirm WooCommerce order status, payment notes, and Razorpay webhook reconciliation.
Customer service
Use WooCommerce orders, order notes, customer accounts, and the Restaurant 2050 query records to resolve payment, onboarding, license, and service issues.
Security checklist
Use least-privilege admins, unique Razorpay secrets, HTTPS, plugin updates, LiteSpeed cache purge after changes, regular backups, and no public exposure of API secrets.
Live Razorpay Key Secret and webhook secret must be entered only by an authorized account owner in the protected WordPress/Razorpay dashboards.
