Branded transaction messages with a business owner

Order confirmations and service updates are part of the restaurant experience. A generic sender or an unexplained payment state can undermine an otherwise good transaction. Restaurant 2050 provides configurable transaction messaging so teams can review which events send messages and how those messages represent the shop.
A workflow worth demonstrating
Choose the important events first: registration, order placement, payment confirmation, preparation updates and delivery completion. Review brand name, logo, contact details and dynamic values with a business owner. Send test messages through the configured provider and inspect them on a phone. Keep email, SMS and WhatsApp provider requirements and consent rules distinct.
What to measure before you expand
Track sending failures and customer clarification requests as well as successful provider acceptance. Provider acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery. Enable only the templates the team has reviewed, and avoid duplicate messages for retried events. Discuss messaging configuration as a rollout workstream with its own approvals rather than an unchecked box at launch.
